Our work reaches communities through seven areas of focus.
From classrooms to markets, from university campuses to homes for the elderly — here is where we show up, and why.
Education & girls' empowerment
We visit primary and secondary schools to mentor girls on responsible decision-making, avoiding early pregnancy and building leadership skills — and provide educational materials, sanitary products and mentorship to help them stay in school.
Young women's leadership & civic participation
At universities across Ghana, we build young women's capacity for leadership, public speaking and civic participation — encouraging them to contribute to Ghana's development through service, advocacy and, for those who choose it, politics.
Women's empowerment
We support market women, hairdressers, dressmakers and housewives with vocational training, financial literacy, leadership development and mentorship — helping women become more self-reliant and active in their communities.
Women's health & cervical cancer awareness
Working with health partners including Superior Medical Centre, we bring cervical cancer education and screening directly to market women and communities, helping women detect problems early and seek the care they need.
Support for children in care
We provide food, clothing, educational materials and time to children living in orphanages and residential care homes — because every child deserves love, dignity and the chance to dream.
Protecting the needy & vulnerable
We stand with widows, older persons, people with disabilities, and abused women and children — providing relief support and connecting them to institutions such as DOVVSU and Social Welfare.
Women's participation in leadership & public life
We advocate for women's representation in decision-making at every level, and raise awareness about the harassment and intimidation that keep women from leading with confidence and dignity.
Women's capacity building programmes
We build the capacity of women and girls with the knowledge, skills, confidence and opportunities to improve their lives and contribute to their communities — including market women, young women, hairdressers, dressmakers, entrepreneurs, students and women in underserved communities.
Building skills and confidence
Educational and empowerment sessions that help women identify their strengths, develop their talents and explore ways to improve their livelihoods.
Encouraging women to lead
Capacity building is not only economic. We prepare women to speak up, take responsibility and seek leadership roles in their schools, workplaces, organisations and communities.
Creating opportunities to thrive
Our goal is to reach more women with practical knowledge and meaningful opportunities for growth — because empowered women build stronger families, stronger communities and a stronger Ghana.
Building Capacity. Empowering Women. Transforming Lives.
